Fix error processing logic in chainiksolverpos_nr

The previous logic was first checking for convergence WITHOUT checking to
see whether the solver had failed. This passed through bad outputs if they
occured on the correct iteration.

This also ensures that a failure to converge, outside of a failure of the
underlying IK solver, can be identified by the caller.

Note that the large negative return code is to avoid any possible clash with
existing error codes, which is the subject of a future bug report ...
