Ok, I just looked at orogen/master. Apparently a new dependency was added:
metaruby. Where do we need to fetch this dependency from, after googling it
seems that there are multiple different projects using this name.
Should we add it as a submodule to the toolchain repository? Is it a plain
ruby package that we can easily install in a systempath?
