LIB_SUFFIX patch

Some distributions (e.g. Fedora) install libraries to /usr/lib64 on x86-64
systems. The KDL build system always installs to /usr/lib. The attached patch
uses the config value LIB_SUFFIX to allow installations to /usr/lib64.
