Remote Service Loading..

Hey,
I just tried to load a service remotely.
While trying this, I discovered, that I can only
load services, that are provided by already
loaded libraries. So the loadService call does
not try to load any library itself. Is this on
purpose or a bug ?.

In case this is on purpose, I would like to
propose a new method loadPlugin for the
RTT::TaskContext that can be triggered
remotely.
