[ANNOUNCE] Orocos 0.24.1

We announce the release of Orocos 0.24.1,
a framework for (real-time) robot, process and machine control.

This is a source-compatible bug-fix release. The following
issues were fixed or improved:

This is the last Orocos release with the 'Control Kernel' architecture
and components.
Users are firmly encouraged to switch to the new component model
of Orocos, as described in the "Component Builder's Manual".
