For your information:

I just returned from Brussels, where I've delivered the missing
signatures for the EU-sponsored part of the Orocos project. This means
that the starting date of September 1st will be achieved (unless
unexpected delays interfere!), such that the travel grant money will
be useable for the kick-off meeting in Leuven.
