Official start date: 1 September

Dear partners,

I got the final confirmation today: the Orocos project can start on
September 1st.

The first practical consequence is that we can spend the travel budget
as foreseen in the project contract. Keep in mind that only cost
statements carrying a date from September 1st can be reimbursed.

Note: if you come to the kick-off meeting in Leuven, and want to
participate in the dinner on Saturday night, please let me know, so
that I can make a final reservation in the restaurant. (Just to be
clear: this dinner is not paid by the project :-)
