Missing CPFDemarshaller.hpp in OCL 0.4

I have just installed RTT 1.2 and are now trying to compile OCL 0.4. 
However, when compiling the OCL "reporting/ReportingComponent.cpp" file 
it complains that the "CPFDemarshaller.hpp" file is missing.

I can see that "CPFDemarshaller.hpp" is not among the files specified in 
the "src/marsh/CMakeLists.txt" file - is this on purpose?

I have tried to add "CPFDemarshaller.hpp" in "src/marsh/CMakeLists.txt" 
and rebuild rtt. Compiling OCL does then not complain about missing the 
file anymore, but are still unable to recognize the class.

Have anyone experience something similar? Is it a bug or am I doing 
something wrong? I have tried it on two different computer, getting the 
exact same problems.
