[Euron] Open RObot COntrol Software: IST project proposal

Dear Prof. Bruyninckx,

thanks, a great and missing initiative. As with EURON, we are highly
interested.
I would love to participate, together with my colleagues from Profactor in
Steyr (Kurt Häusler), but I will not be available the next two weeks and
could contribute only from 8. to 15. of January. If this is sufficient,
please let me know.

Our contribution would also be mainly on the sensor and visual servoing
side:
- fast control for vision guided motions
- visual tracking
- CAD-based vision
