Updated web pages

I updated the web with a page on what Orocos could possibly find as
inspiration from the CORBA 3.0 specifications
 <http://www.orocos.org/corba.html>
and with some (ongoing) additions to the glossary
 <http://www.orocos.org/glossary.html>

Further work is needed on both, so suggestions are welcome :-)

One particular point is making a list of components that we will need
in orocos, and see how well they fit into the four categories that the
CORBA specs prescribe: service, session, entity and process
components.
