For your information: On the mailinglist <https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/mat-devel> of the MatPLC project (<http://mat.sourceforge.net/>), a discussion has started on how to try to get together all free software projects that work around ``control'' in one way or another. It could be interesting to join this discussion, if you are interested in such general efforts.
