of the MatPLC project (<http://mat.sourceforge.net/>), a discussion
has started on how to try to get together all free software projects
that work around ``control'' in one way or another. It could be
interesting to join this discussion, if you are interested in such
general efforts.

I've been involved in this discussion, because I think the Orocos
project is doing a lot to provide a truly generic platform for
control :-)

Another recent effort is the list of all real-time linux projects that
are known:
