"Linux in Control" workshop, Leuven 9-10 May 2003

I am co-organizing a brainstorm workshop in Leuven (9-10 May 2003), on
"Linux in Control"
<http://www.realtimelinuxfoundation.org/events/licws-2003/ws.html>.
(The name "Linux" is a "pars pro toto" expression: it stands for
 everything what is being developed under free software and open source
 licenses, and is not limited to Linux-compatible software.

The goal of this workshop is to get people together who are working on
various free software parts of the whole automation and control domain.
The output of the workshop should be some kind of common roadmap for the
following 2-3 years. Where can we share efforts? Where can we split off
modules and develop them together? What is the overall control software
we want to have available in the future? Etc.

Participants should come to the workshop with creative and constructive
ideas about where the free software projects should be going.
