New Release of orocos@kth

Hi all.
There is now a new release of orocos@kth.

Changes:
- New file structure
- New makefiles
- New xml format for component configuration files
- Some new helper classes
- Some new examples
- Bugfixes and general cleanup

Note for CVS-users:
Due to the new file structure, a new cvs module (orocosatkth) has been 
created. The old one will not be maintained and will soon be removed. So a 
clean checkout is needed.

Two industrial projects have started to use orocos@kth. Although this means 
that not much new code will be contributed back to orocos@kth, it does mean 
that bugs will be ironed out faster.
