Yes, this is of interest to me and Boris Kluge ! We are using Qt and Open
Inventor for visualization purposes and Boris has provided a drawing
widget for the OROCOS::SmartSoft repository which can be found at

If you look at the documentation and everything related to, you see, that
this is a very nice 2D drawing tool which allows to export in nearly any
graphics format and which displays on the screen using Qt.
