Release 0.8.6 of orocos@kth

Hi all.

There is again a new release of orocos@kth.

Changes since 0.8.5:
- Fixed important bugs regarding stability
- Memory-leaks have been exterminated
- New generic robotbase-server (removed the scout-specific one)
- Initial support for the PeopleBot robot
