The current porting is done by OCI, and they don't have an open
development process, as far as I know.
In addition, the open source parts of Ocean are not visible on the
Ocean website, because they take place in other projects (RTAI,
Comedi, Orocos,...) so I guess there will never be much open source
content on the Ocean pages.
