COACH project: CORBA components for telecom...

I just found out about the EU sponsored COACH project
 <http://coach.objectweb.org/>.
It's targeting the telecom domains, but I guess its results could be
useful for our purposes too...
Does somebody has experience with, or more knowledge about, that
project?
