because several people have the same questions.

First of all, let me apologize for not having responded anytime
sooner: I have been enjoying an (internet-less) vacation :-)

The meeting is scheduled for September 1st and 2nd, in Leuven, at our
Department. I will put the agenda together based on the travelling
times of people (as far as I can manage :-) The most important
information is whether you can arrive in Leuven on friday night or
saturday morning.

The project budget has provided a maximum of 500 Euros per
participant, for at most 15 participants. (At this moment, I don't
have news from more than about ten people.) The procedure is that you
have to send or give us original cost statements, and fill out a form
that you will receive at the meeting; this form and the statements
have to be given to the Eu for budget control.

Hotel accomodation can be found on-line via <www.leuven.be>. (Not the
most navigatable of sites, due to an over-emphasis on form and look,
instead of on useability...)
