Summary: Add ability to start up stage player plugin without opeing t

Initial Comment:
This patch allows the stage player plugin to run without starting and running the GUI, allowing headless running if you need it.

It allows the user to specify a "usegui" value in their cfg file to start stage either with (default) or without the main window. If a window is loaded then Fl::Run() is called on each update, otherswise world->Update() is called.

This has been tested with player 2.1.4 rather than svn head but I can't see why there would be any issues with player SVN head
