two Sony EVID-30 cameras and bug in ptz driver

Hello,

Today I've connected two Sony EVID-30 cams to one Pioneer robot. I 
couldn't operate PTZ interface of both of them at the same time: in 
critical functions of this threaded driver variables are declared static! 
Workaround is to start two instances of Player one for each camera, this 
will do the thing, however, this should be fixed anyaway.
