Summary: Gstreamer once again
Initial Comment:
This is reissue of patch 2914761 by Piotr Trojanek. I needed desperatly to use gstreamer some unusual way (to handle jpeg compressed data), so I reworked this driver and added new option ('jpeg'). Changes are in every file, including cmake specs (the way it uses pkg-config). It couldn't compile on Maemo Linux 4, so I added new API/old API ifdefs to handle this.
