Summary: zero sized requests once again

Initial Comment:
Once I have fixed (in previously accepted patches) problem that was occuring while forwarding zero sized request in goto and cmdsplitter drivers. Now it's thime for all other non-threaded drivers written similar way: globalize, suppressor, inhibitor
