Summary: Faster map rendering in playerv

Initial Comment:
Playerv is very slow in rendering maps. This is due to the fact that it draws each cell individually. The patch I propose tries to combine rectangles.

The outputs of old version and the new version is nearly same, with a pixel difference in the edges. I spent some time finding where the bug might be, but i failed.
But i don't really thing this is really important, as this is just a visualization.
