Initial Comment:
The linux/i2c.h header is broken on Maemo Linux so it cannot be included from userspace. This prevents camerav4l2 driver from being built on Maemo. Also, since gstreamer is preferred media source on Maemo, I have extended cameragst driver so it answers for the new PLAYER_CAMERA_REQ_GET_IMAGE request.
