Re: [Skate] EC 2018, and why is the ISU allowing Russian skaters who tested positive to compete?

I guess the difference is that none of the Russians actually tested positive - they were "only" manipulating drug tests back in 2014. But I'm not sure if ISU have taken a final decision about this yet.
