I don’t wonder anymore about ISU. 
At the ECh skaters banned for life by IOC were permittes to take part in this competition and taking medals (Rumyantsev)
They are cowards. ‘

it’s quite ridiculous indeed. even worst the banned skaters grabbed quota spots for the olympics for russia (or oar).
the isu published a statement that they were waiting for the complete decision of all banned skaters before taking a single decision covering all athletes, instead of doing case by case. 

it seems like most federations are not properly fighting against these cases. bobsleigh/ skeleton, luge among the worst.
