Here are my Olympic guesses. Set up yours similarly (medallists + winning times except mass start where times don't count), and I'll score you according to the following system:

Correct winner: 8 points
Correct silver or bronze: 5 points
Medal winner guessed but with wrong medal: 3 points
Winning time within 0.1%: 3 points
Winning time within 0.5%: 2 points
Winning time within 1.5%: 1 point
Bonus for correct 500, 1000 or 1500 m time: 1 point
Bonus for correct 3000, 5000 m or team pursuit time: 2 points
Bonus for correct 10000 m time: 3 points
