Those four who would have qualified for the 10000 m if the limit were 12 were Giovannini and Bøkko, who were among the top 12 both overall and in the 5000 m, and Trofimov who was 9th overall and Viktor Hald Thorup who was 10th in the 5000 m. According to their 1500 + 5000 m samalog points they can be ranked as follows: 9. Bøkko 77,746, 10. Giovannini 78,392, 11. Trofimov 78,554, 12. Hald Thorup 78,833. Nils and Vidar score 4 points with Bøkko and Trofimov here, and Svein also 4 with Bøkko and Giovannini.
