We fired a regeneratively cooled HTP / kerosene engine fabricated in 
aluminum around August 2002, see the Armadillo updates from that time for 
details.  In general, regenerative cooling is harder at small sizes, 
because chambers have relatively more surface area / propellant volume for 
the same L*.  Our 50 lbf engine needed to be run fairly rich (and 
consequently lower Isp) to be able to operate at a steady state.

We had a 1000+ lbf biprop chamber all machined for testing, but other 
priorities preempted the work, then we ran out of 90% peroxide.
