I know it is ERPS policy not to do something a particular way just because 
Armadillo did it that way, but I would Really Strongly urge you to consider 
building pogo as a jet vane vehicle.  Just use the KISS engine and 
fabricate a jet vane system underneath it.  It is striking how much less 
problematic this vehicle was than our other designs, and it also performed 
much better from a control system standpoint.
