But it doesn't have to be refrigerated very much to get down
to 150 psi.  Less than halfway from room temp to dry ice temperatures.

I haven't got the P/T curve in front of me right now,
but I was looking at chilled nitrous a lot (and still am,
bless DARPA's little still open Phase 2 competition for
FALCON...).  

I generally feel that anything that you can cool adequately
with dry ice is probably suitable for amateur work.
