That is the third conflicting report on specifics I have had from people 
involved in the project.  If you mixed it, I'll take your word for it.

We have done a few tests over the years with liquid catalysts, and they 
have always been problematic, but we figure it is worth a little bit more 
experimentation before we start work on a $30,000 motor.
