just blowing hot air until we start having real stuff being done around 
Earth and cislunar space, and as I said over in Rand's web log, "You and 
what fleet of space ships?" Rapid, flexible, routine access to LEO will 
dictate the laws. Which is why the Chinese make me nervous.
