Minutes of ERPS General Meeting #288
05 August 2004

The President called the meeting to order at 8:40 PM. Members present were 
Sean Lynch, Dave Masten, Gerry Nordley, Julie Porter, Adrian Tymes, Michael 
Wallis and Chris Winter.

Reports and discussion on agenda items were as follows:


DOCUMENTATION
-------------
Chris Winter

	Chris expressed concern over his recent loss of some important ERPS 
documents. It developed that other copies of these are extant, or they can 
probably be reprinted from soft copies. After discusssion, it was moved and 
seconded that ERPS documentation be stored at Unit 23 from now forward.

INFOTECH
--------
Sean Lynch

	The HDD on Cube has developed one bad sector. All data is backed up and 
the defective disk will be replaced ASAP.

LIAISONS
--------
Michael Wallis

	Gerry reported that he is going to Worldcon and will be pleased to carry 
some copies of ERPS literature to place on a table for distribution.

PUBLIC AFFAIRS
--------------
Michael Wallis

	The membership form has been updated with a new disclaimer of liability as 
per discussion in previous meetings. A copy will be forwarded to Chuck for 
his appproval.

	A persistent problem has developed. The IMU will talk to the build server. 
It will talk to Dave's laptop. It will NOT talk to Gizmocopter's flight 
computer. Opinions differ as to the cause; diagnosis continues.
