They actual effect of the language was not the intended effect. BTW, even BoLock couldn't meet the requirements of the new language. They might try, with unmanned vehicles. Let's see...crunch crunch... Yep. If they demonstrated 700,000 consecutive safe flights with an unmanned vehicle, FAA would have to let them fly humans under the new language.
