Urk! That is NOT a good way to put it. What Henry meant was with the specific language about passenger safety that was added by amendment by the Senate Commerce Committee taken back out. That's an overly complex message for a one liner, so it would be much better to simply ask their Senator to pass HR 3752 as passed by the House, without amendment.
