Meeting Minutes

I have started to publish meeting minutes to the ERPS website.

Naming convention for Meeting Minutes is:

Which is Meeting #290 from September 2, 2004

This convention is to support the MonthCalendar macro that can be (but has
not been) installed.

Eventually, we'll be able to add
   [[MonthCalendar(MeetingMinutes)]] to have a Calendar to access
    all the meeting minutes

There is also a "MeetingMinutesTemplate" so that it is quick to write up
the meeting minutes... I have been using the template to convert past
emails of the meeting minutes into the wiki entries.

I have in my personal email archives meeting minutes (partial there are
gaps) all the way back to #236 May 16,2002

I'll have to go to the gmane or other arhives to get minutes I am missing ..

I hope that all future minutes will be published directly to the website
and only a pointer to the minutes will be placed into this list.
