E.R.P.S. Annial Meeting - 7 May 2005

Hi folks ...

The E.R.P.S. Annual Meeting will be this Saturday starting at 11:00am 
at the home of E.R.P.S. President Michael Wallis. We'll have a grill
going for BBQ so if there is something special you'd like to cook, 
bring it along. We'll have meat, buns, salad, condements and some 
refreshments.

There is some official business to conduct before we eat (as incentive
to keep things moving along):

Annual "State of the Society" Presentations:
   Members of the 2004 Board of Directors will be on hand and Officers 
   will give their report on the year's activities and plans the
   coming year.
   
Annual Elections:
   New Directors and Officers will be selected to server for the 2005
   year.
   
Directions:
The Wallis residence is located near Shoreline and Middlefield in 
Mountain View, Ca.

   Take Hwy 101 to Shoreline Blvd exit
   Turn right at the light and go away from the Bay (and the theaters)
   Cross Middlefield (about 2 lights)
   Take the next right onto Mountain Shadows Drive
   At the end of Mountain Shadows, turn left onto Vaquero
   We're the second driveway on the left - #735.
