Otherwise your idea(s) sound lovely - just how much
does 2000+ acres of land cost in N. Cal? (I used to
live at Wilbur - before it went neuro-fascist, and was
just down in Argentina looking for land - around $500
an acre for GOOD land - in the Cordoba Sierras.) I've
also visited/lived in ICs throughout NA.
