Kindred Spirits Meet - May 29th

I do appreciate all these careful criticisms. I sometimes do end up doing a bit of a parody of myself and I am sorry if that has been confusing so I will now try to keep it simple:
 
Kindred Spirits! 

Saturday Morning on May 29th at - 11am - All Kindred Spirits will 
Meet - 
We wait 
for the others out in front of the Jack London Lodge Restaurant area 
right 
in the middle of town in Glen Ellen which is just about 45 miles 
north of 
the 
Golden Gate Bridge. 

From the Bay Area go north up 101 from the Golden Gate Bridge 
and 
somewhere around San Rafael take the HWY 37 exit East towards Vallejo
and
then after a while you take a left up 121 and go North towards 
Sonoma 
and
just keep going north and on up Arnold Drive into Glen Ellen..

All are welcome to come who come in good spirit. 
All 
Friends of the Sustainable Communities Movement 
will be 
welcomed and your voice does need to be heard and appreciated. 

And this might be one of your
best 
chances to meet up with some of the truly awesome visionaries here
within 
the heart of this entire movement and to begin your 
own 
personal journey of finding your Home Place of Peace right 
here 
on the Beautiful Mother Earth with some of the other 
fine 
folks and amidst many other wonderful
projects 
and opportunities to make the magic work. 

You bring your own healthy and happy faces to
this 
Meet which is a friendly gathering of Kindred Spirits 
working 
towards a collective vision of an Earth Restored
And 
a World at Peace in all different ways. 

It's all Positive and Constructive. 
Networking with a Purpose. 
Collaboration and Companionship is Key.

You are welcome to Freely Share
your own most elegant wishes and good ideas. 

This is the place to make your Contributions known and I want you 
all 
to be there with us because Freedom Starts right here and forever.
This is what the real Magic is all about. 
We can make it all happen by combining our own intensions to 
collaborate together.

We will meet at 11am in Glen Ellen in Northern California 
which is about 45 miles north of the Golden
Gate Bridge.  

This is also a connecting point for people to make a few real 
friendships that will last forever. 
These are just the beginnings. What will happen is that others will 
connect up with those 
few who have connected up with us all in good faith and Real Magic 
will begin to happen. 
In this way it can begin to grow like a Tree. 
Then 
each one of us reaches out to others in many 
different ways. 
Where you work. Where you live. Other places. We reach out. This is 
how the Tree Grows. 

We must begin to reach out to find all the others in a way that does 
not overstretch our own 
personal resources. By sharing the job it works better and becomes 
easier.

I am just one on the smaller branches on this Tree. You could become 
another. 
We 
need your kind words and real help as true collaborators towards 
creating a new world.

We're all Children here on this Tree. But this Tree is here for a 
very significant purpose. It's 
not just about people who want to learn things or to have things. 

We are here to create new things for all to share.

There is a Magic and an Art to the way we must follow.
We are just the Children 
of the Earth and we are going to have to become truly magical 
children.

I am just one 
of the many Children of the Earth who have now become one of it's 
protectors. 
And 
with your help I hope one day many more will join us for an Earth 
Restored and a World at Peace. 

The Beginning

the Principle

the Integration of the energy generated from the collaboration of 
like minds, is greater than 
just the sum of the individual contributors.

We are just one branch of this Extremely Elegant new Tree. Do come 
and take your places within the shelter of one of our many branches.

Then we will become a starting point for greater things to come and 
a place where people can come up for related visits, events and get 
togethers. We do need to meet. 

The vision is here and this is what we can do right now. If any of 
this really speaks to you then do respond in some depth about who

Every member of the community must volunteer to work one day per week. That right there is a huge resource which alone can be counted on to do the entire job. All we have to pay for is the Seeds or Seedlings.

you could collect seeds from nature and plant them and save money....

Committees will be created by the Council and sub-committees will be created in turn.

how is "the council" formed and who can be on it???...and do they operate by consensus????....is there anyone above the council????

t:
Consensus as you can see has no real place in the environment because it doesn't have that much reality.

don't understand your statement here????....there is much consensus in nature...

t:
It is not a necessary part of this process or any other process known to science.

did you know that the quakers use consensus, as well as the united nations, NATO, hewlit packard, and many of the more inovative and freethinking intentional communities, just to mention a few....

t:
That is just another tiny little tool with almost no effect like a spindly rake that we can do all this work with or without.

forest:
imho i do not see how anyone can act out a sustainable community or eco-village without consensus.....without that level of spiritual cooperation imho real true sustainability is not possible.... 

t:
All you need to plant trees is a good stick. And I do have a pretty good stick well in hand here as you can see so let us not start panicking about the evaporation of something that was never there to begin with.

much of your dialog here sounds authoritative, is that your intention with eden village????....aren't we as americans especially too independant to "follow the leader"....especially if the leader has no more experience or expertise than the rest of us?????..... 

t:
I have not promised non stop all night consensus parties every day of the week. We will play around with some of these curiously flawed structures like Democracy and Consensus.

so what unflawed structures are you considering???....have you ever tried consensus or democracy????....which do you prefer????....

t:
Look who gets elected. It really is a crude tool and it is not used for that reason by any of the exact sciences.

i suspect if consensus was used more by science that the environment would be in less peril than it is now.....

t:
It doesn't matter what people think. Opinion does not change the density of water which in this group is very high.

are you a people too????....if trying to start an eco-village, which is an organized social system, how can we conclude that it doesn't matter what people think????...

t:
We should not be worshiping these false idols of ignorance and fear which all comes only from one thing and that is Wrong Education meaning victim based ignorance.

as near as i can understand your approach, it sounds like it will be run by some kind of "false idol" or "idols".....

t:
Only the Lifelong Victims like we have seen here on the web so commonly need protection from the Real Visionaries who come across like Charlie Manson for the most part to those who just don't want to know and don't want to learn because they already know everything which to me is a lot scarier than Manson ever could be..

how much do you feel you know????....more than the group you are involved in????...more than me?????...

We will provide these folks with some degree of protection. But we do ask them to give us a little bit of slack as well so we can continue to do our best and not get bogged down in useless stupidities.

how would you define "useless stupidities"?????

t:
That is why we will use the New American 3 /4 Consensus Process Version T that is designed to beat all the others cold.

that sounds like majority rule to me.....more like democracy than consensus and we can see that democracy is still moving swiftly at destroying the environment because they have this competition "beat others cold" mentality trying to get to those natural resources before anyone else does and use them up carelessly.....

t:
The other stuff has just recently been sold on Ebay just last week. We beat up all the other guys and now we own them.

what other stuff are you referring to here????....in consensus sustainable spirituality there is no need to "beat up all the other guys and then own them"....it is more like share the knowledge and wisdom and support them in becoming like us, more sustainable....  

t:
We are very pragmatic here. I myself will speak up if no one else and say " That is not practical" when dumbness begins to pervade the air. Old expectations must be dropped now that the dawning of a new day has begun to unfold right here before us all on this totally fine new day.

i am all for pragmatism, but only if balanced with intuition....together they make a whole brain and over time open the unused frontal lobe....if pragmatism dominates, it is out of balance and destructive to the whole imho.....

t:
But do read the material if you need more of an indepth understanding. This has all been covered quite fully on the full blown website. Read it while you can before its all taken down and we disappear from sight. - T
