I received her in Rio de JAneiro the representatives of MDA the so-called 
inventor of the process

1- they charge a lot of moneuy just for a license to BUILD the vehicle
2- in the tests (not here but in europe) the compressed air when expanding 
condenses quickly and FREEZES output... "clocking" the vehicle

I found the idea interesting but there is much to do ins research
