If the store-bought is pasteurized, and the other stuff is fresh-squeezed from the 19-brix oranges, this is comparing apples and oranges (so to speak ;-). Pasteurization turns any kine orange juice into acidic stomach churning junk, compared to unpasteurized. I would guess it invalidates whatever benefits brix measures as well.
