Hi all,

I've enjoyed the list but need to decrease traffic so will be signing off. For the second and last time, then, I invite you to e-sign the concise and critical position on economic growth sponsored by the Center for the Advancement of the Steady State Economy (CASSE). It is the only signable position on economic growth on the internet. It describes the fundamental conflict between economic growth and environmental protection.

The position has garnered many signatures from luminaries in ecology, economics, and sustainability science. You will be in good company!

It is very convenient to take part, and no contact information or affiliations are required. Go to:

http://steadystate.org/PositiononEG.html

That brings you to the position and a sign-in book for supporters. As the list grows over the years, it will help us immensely in our efforts to publicize the perils of economic growth. For more information on why it is important to take a position on economic growth, see:

Thank you for your time.
