Hey Forest, I think the issue may be that you're sending these items to
Ecobalance list and politely offering to remove people from "your"
mailings...but you can't remove people from Ecobalance, only from your own
private mailing lists.

I would suggest that if you think something is relevant to ecobalance list,
just post it, and let people disagree or call it OT or whatever if they have
the urge.

If you also want to send that something to multiple individuals from your own
address book, do that in a separate mail.  That may reduce confusion between
'remove me from ecobalance list' and 'Forest, please don't send me any more of
your messages'.
