ClearSilver and NetBurner

I have looked over the information about ClearSilver, and I sense that 
it is not tied to Linux, but I am not sure. I would like to employ 
ClearSilver to work on the NetBurner (www.netburner.com) platform of 
hardware and software, which does not use Linux.

Anyone have any guidance on this?
