Announce: clearsilver repostiory available

I finally finished piecing together the multiple repositories, removing  
some internal only things, and importing the whole shebang into a public
svn repository.

So, the current code for clearsilver is now available at:

http://code.google.com/p/clearsilver/source/browse

This is pretty raw at this point, it doesn't currently build out of the
box.  For one, its now dependent on Google's previously released
streamhtmlparser (http://code.google.com/p/streamhtmlparser) which you
need to untar into the streamhtmlparser directory and then run
autogen.sh... and even then, I'm not sure if everything is quite working
or not, I need to play with it some more, but its 3am and I need to
sleep.  We don't use configure/Make for the internal builds, hence the
breakage.

Major changes since 0.10.5 include auto-escaping of html/js output
(hence the streamhtmlparser library) and a re-working of the Java
wrapper, in particular the JNI wrapper is now an implementation of an
interface, we wrote a pure Java version internally that is still very
much a work in progress, hopefully it'll be open sourced in due course.
