There isn't currently a function for the full path.
If you could write your own strfunc, it would be easy to add, but if you're
in Java, that's not easy. If all the vars were under something, it would be
fairly easy, you could do:
<?cs def:form.input(path) ?>
<input type="text" name="<?cs var:path ?>" value="<?cs var:Query[value]
?>">
<?cs /def ?>
<?cs call:form.input("path.to.variable") ?>
