cannot build python bindings on suse 10.2

hi there,
i have downloaded clearsilver 0.10.5 and installed them. every thing 
is fine when ich configure and install it on my machine. but if i 
change after sucessfully install to the python dir an do a "python 
setup.px install" i get the following error message:

can you please help me, because i need the bindings for my 
apache2,subversion,trac installation.
