ClearSilver.h or cs/cs.h? what do I compile with? lneo_cs lcs?a

I've been searching half the morning for information about using
ClearSilver with C. The clearsilver web page gives specific
information about the C api, but not which function goes with what
lib, or what I need to include when. Also I see some cgi specific
functions, do these also work with fastcgi?
