Hello, I'm looking for an example how to use/apply <cx:xslthl> xmlcalabash extension step (https://github.com/ndw/xmlcalabash1-xslthl) on a docbook programlistingelement when using the xslt20 stylesheets. I know some XSLT 1.0 and there is a description how to use xslthl directly there (https://sourceforge.net/p/xslthl/wiki/Usage/). But I'm a bit lost on how to 'translate' that to an XProc calabash extensions step.
